DSV BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have an account with DSV and on the 4th September 2018 we booked a parcel on Express which was collected but not delivered. When we contacted them we were told it will be delivered 2 days later which didnt make sense as we needed the parcel to be delivered the following day.

Furthermore we occasionally give them a call for them to collect a parcel but on many occassions they do not pitch after numeriuos phone calls .

No one ever takes ownership when we lay a compalint. Their Operations Manager never picks up his phone
