We had a situation whereby our geyser burst and the water flooded across the floors in 3 bedrooms as well as the main passage way. The wooden laminated floors lifted and had to be replaced. We had a number of companies come to quote and give their opinions. After having been basically fed bull****e by one after another with prices ranging from the ridiculous to the asinine, we had a guy Gerrie, from a company Windowdek come to quote. What a difference, there was no lying, double talk or spurious additional costs. He gave us a quote, which we gladly accepted, and the whole job was done impeccably within a 3 week period. (One other company had stated that it would take a minimum of 10 weeks. I honestly cannot understand how or why such companies are still in business.) Thank you Gerrie, your work was just amazing.
