I would like to thank the father & son Krishna, Craig Team for the excellent service, on Saturday 15 February 2025 @ 11:30 am I was Durban CBD, My drivers side window was forced down & broken by some ******* of my 2014 Honda Jazz, Executive. I called & Krishna promptly answer his cellphone &.assured me that the window will be repaired to my satisfaction. He sent me the pin đź“Ślocation & I drove to his workshop. When I reached the workshop, I was welcomed by Krishna & Craig. The Krishna & Craig accessed the broken window mechanism & assured me that it will be fixed and fully operational in +- 45 minutes. To my satisfaction the window mechanism was fully operational & worked like a charm in 20 minutes with a replacement part engineered in their workshop.
The Window & Mechanism Specialist workshop is well equipped & kitted to take on any repair, they replaced a plastic part with a aluminum part manufactured at their workshop. Krishna & Craig, I sincely thank U both for sorting out my driverside window in a short space of time.
The repair was reasonably priced & for the after hours service, Krishna & Craig deserve an accolade.
