Effecient, professional service

<p>I recently enquired about vinyl for our front entrance door and window - it was a Friday afternoon around 16:30 and someone still answered the office number. I was advised to contact Rochelle at their Cape Town branch which I did via email, I CC'd my wife so that she could also track progress.</p> <p> </p> <p>On Monday morning I received a response from Rochelle (with everyone CC'd on the original message included - this was the standard right to the very end), I was asked to confirm the dimensions in response to which an estimate was sent and an appointment made for their team to come and measure the exact size of the glass.</p> <p> </p> <p>A quotation was provided and pro forma invoice supp**** - I have to mention that we were super impressed with their communication already - this instils confidence and I gladly paid over the full amount. Receipt was acknowledged and an appointment made for installation which was done today ... this after Rochelle phoned (rather apologetically) to reschedule for an earlier slot, given that their installation team ran way ahead of schedule.</p> <p> </p> <p>I very rarely experience service this great and communication this good from a company. Their system is top notch - from responding promptly (and keeping everyone in the loop), to providing photos of the staff sent to premises (and their vehicle with registration number) ... you simply cannot fault this company on anything and I would highly recommend and use their services again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Window Art Cape Town!</p>
