Still waiting for a quote?

I have been waiting 2 full days for a basic quote from Windovert...they don't seem to care about taking care of customer if it's a small job. Am also now concerned that have seen the other review about their quotes being exhorbitant? At least he got a quote back?! Is there another branch of Windovert that can service Cape Town customers efficiently and well??
