REINSTALLING EXPANDER GATE FROM OUTSIDE TO INSIDE

I contacted Windovert for a quote for moving my expander gate from an outside position to an inside position this was simple move removing *****s, repositioning gate, drilling holes, and INSTALLING GATE IN NEW POSITION, THE QUOTE GIVEN ME BY COLIN WAS R400 which I accepted.The installer arrived and the gate was installed however in its new internal position the gate was unable to be rotated through 180 degrees (to fit when opened parallel to wall ... the installer contacted Colin and Colin advised that two \wide"hinges would be provided at a cost of R60 each ... Note ... Colin DID NOT AND I UNDERSTOOD FROM THAT INSTALLER that he would return immediately with the hinges to finish the installation without any additional charge other than the cost of the two hinges ... I agreed to the extra cost of R120 but the installer did not return that day ... after further 3 weekS Colin himself arrived to install the \""wide\"" hinges ... during that work one of hinges was BADLY damaged. FURTHER LONG WAIT. Invoice for this job has arrived for R820.80"
