Never again

I phoned windovert somerset west for measurments in my house. After i got the quote i told them i will install it myself.since then they come up with excuses with the blinds. The lady told me it will take 7-10 working days. I understand that but its almost 3 weeks. And i must keep on phoning to check up how far the blinds is .
