Bad bad bad

Absolute bad experience right from the beginning of installation. Installations do not look as per their website. Our bathroom windows could not even open. All they had to say was sorry the person that designed it made a mistake. They say 10 years guarantee but the whole blinds in its fraes of windows fell out after 2 years and we had to pay to come out. Now 5 years later our whole doors comes out of the frames. Not even worth calling as the manager Brian does not care at all. Manager says the doors need to be maintained not tofall off.Dont waste your money and dont think your safe.
