Installation complete, now I can't lock the door!

After struggling to get my sunroom right for A WHOLE YEAR and now that it's leak-proof, painted and ready for furniture, I now discover that the sliding door won't lock (which I could previously lock). Windoor isn't calling me back even though I have called and left a message, and emailed them.
I'm not a builder, but I think when they removed the glass to check for the leak, they installed the door upside down because the door latch can't fit into the wall cavity anymore and nothing has changed structurally - the wall is still where it was, so it must be the door.
All I want from Windoor is to come out and fix the door so that I can furnish the room that I've had to wait for a year to be completed. I am so tired of fighting! They have got their money, so who cares, right?!

Hello wb55,

Hi Wendy

We have no messages or emails from you and no communication to this effect at all - we have checked all of our systems and there is nothing. Using this platform instead of normal channels to communicate will slow the process down which is counterproductive.

Regardless, the issue you have is a matter of slight adjustment of the door rollers, and can be fixed in a few minutes - simple maintenance.

If you had called us, or sent an email requesting this to be attended to, it would have been done within 5 working days - even sooner since we have been in the area for two weeks.

Please send an mail to ***, listing your issue, and we will schedule a callout to attend to it.

All the best.
