Absolutely disgraceful company. Don't go NEAR
I don't even know where to start with these ******. From their useless, lying salesmen, to their sub-standard installers, to their aggressive, unprofessional attitude, I've never experienced service like I've had from Windoor. A summary:<br> - The email header in all emails in initial part of quotation stage indicated: \RE: Supply and Installation of xx". Once I accepted the quote (slightly less than other companies) and paid the deposit"

This complaint is a pity, and is as emotionally fuelled as is your normal manner in dealing with us.
We have had to endure abusive behavior, screaming, profanity and aggression beyond that which we have ever had to endure with any client - even to your shouting and slamming the phone down in the ear of our Financial Manager this morning - shame.
Your dismissive, insulting and disrespect towards your fellow human, be they labourers, delivery men, workers and those breaking their backs to ensure every item is to your expectation has, and continues to be, viewed as pitiful, and emotionally immature (to be polite).
We have completed our duties (yes, one measurement was off and we remanufactured) and all on site is now within industry standards.
You received a letter of demand that was sent (you were informed of this, and warned) since you swore at us when we requested payment for a long overdue account.
We will gladly publish each and every email sent to and from this office in our attempts to appease you and allow the public to decide - if you so wish, but my time is a little bit more precious, and immature rants are not at the top of my list of things to do.
