Disappointed

Very disappointed specially for the price that you pay. Before arrival I have requested for a dual room connecting door and upon our arrival we were not given that. We told it fully booked but truth be told its empty. Hardly any movement of any other people. The hotel rooms is at a low maintenance not well looked after spider webs all over not very clean no soap and hand wash available in the bathroom the tvs are outdated the towels are old and the bath is stained and has chips ,no lobby or lounge facility. And there receptionist was very vague and not helpful. We literally had ask for everything wifi password was not even offered. The bedrooms lights are dull like the like is fused or something, the mats are dirty has a miff smell to it . Its over priced for the service and quality one receives. For one night we paid over R2000. I will not recommend this place nor stay here again.
