Great service is still out there!

I purchased their product called Chimney Champ, had it installed but experienced some challenges with a back draught resulting in a smoke filled balcony. So I wrote to Windmaster for some advise and wow!!!! What I received was a detailed response including pictures offering guidance and also advising they had posted it to their installers. Ruan was absolutely amazing! I will surely recommend this company, besides having a very reliable product their after sales is sublime!
