In 2020 I prepaid to use the services, on March 2022 you send me the invoice that there’s an outstanding amount of R99.81, which I duly paid on the22/April/2022. On the 26/April/2022 you send the invoice that I owe R198.81, just how do yo got to that amount since I paid the other. Mind you I haven’t used your pathetic service for over a year. Just close my account as I don’t owe you anything.
