Outdoor blinds anchor ropes break constantly

The anchor ropes for the outdoor blinds broke a few weeks after getting it installed. I then managed to get the supplier to make repairs. Unfortunately the anchor ropes just broke again after a few weeks, but this time the supplier is not responding. Without the anchor ropes the blinds are rendered useless as they can now only be kept open. Just another example of a supplier wanting to make a quick buck with no regard for after sales service. Steer clear of this one.
