Blinds installed badly and rude attitude

Eddie Murphy from Windbreakers outdoor blinds installed 2 blinds in April 2015 at my house but I immediately saw that the blinds do not fit properly and were not properly fastened to the walls. I installed 2 brackets just to keep the uprights to the walls since they started to pull away from the walls. I used it as it was installed but during December 2015(the first opportunity I had after a serious back injury and operation) I contacted Eddie to come and fix it. He was not very keen to do so and eventually told me to remove the uprights myself-which I did and he came during January 2016 to pick it up and replace it. He did so but used old damaged material and did not fasten it properly to the walls. He did not take out the old *****s and wall plugs and they are still sticking out like thorns and he only used the 2 brackets I installed which is totally inefficient for such high structures-no new plugs and *****s were used. <br> When I phoned him about the poor work he said I can do what I want to and report it to whoever I want to and he put the phone down in my ear.<br> The condition/functioning of the blinds are now worse than previously and the ropes have started to break as well.
