Bad management

I have visited the hotel a week or so ago. The service, food and staff were excellent. However, there needs to be a serious look at the managers of the hotel. I cannot remember the female's name but I am assuming that she is in charge of housekeeping, Hanelie or something. Her attitude towards staff approach was revolting!!!No smile on her face and an extreme militant attitude. She has no people s****s whatsoever and I am thinking to myself....how the heck could you allow your staff to be managed by such a horrible person??? I have never ever witnessed such a horrible manager in my entire life especially in the hospitality industry. You are a wonderful and awesome group and house international guests on a daily but bad managers does definitely NOT PROMOTE YOUR BRAND!!
