RIP-OFF -CAR PAYMENT

i had an accident on 7/05/15 and my car was only paid today 04/06/15. to my suprise not a full amount was paid. i covered my car for 206? and only 139k was paid. why?this is even less than market price! this insurance decusted 17k for access and another 17k that looks very ficticious. i need my car paid up in FULL. Just like how i covered it and what we have as an agreement<br> <br> not to mention the horrible shocking service i have been receiving from FAYE the consultant. <br> i signed up for FULL COVER and not for this!<br> all of a sudden they paid 140k and i must pay 40k? for what? im so shocked and disgusted of such. none of this was communicated even during the claim process and now this?<br> <br> i will not tolarate this. i want my car paid in full as per agreement/contract. why do i have other amounts subtracted for access? and why 17000? that is ridiculous!!!<br> <br> ive been inconvenienced by this insurance its enough! i want my car paid in full and as per the contract and nothing less<br> <br> this is shocking!!!
