Insurance stalling the claim process

<p>I made a claim on the 03 of November 2016 and I must say it has not been a pleasure dealing with Winchester they are now telling me they are waiting for the bank to send them some documents then they will request payment from the insurance, mind you they made me wait for two weeks before telling me that the bank required the agreement of loss form... I had to call the bank to find that out and tomorrow I will again do a follow up checking what is holding my claim up and to make matters worse I have a month old baby and I do not have a car my claim number is WCL06105</p>
