Delay in claim payout

I am currently a member of Winchester insurance, with all mypremiums upto date for the past 14 months. I have filed a claim with them some time ago and to date no payout has been processed. All relevant documents have been submitted but still a delay. I have been promised delivery of service on many calls to them but no joy. <br> <br> Car make: VW Jetta5 , 2010 model, 1.6 comfort line. <br> My details are : Mohamed Ikraam Kader
