Delay by insurance in claim payout

Good day, I have been submitting documents including affidavits and mails to my insurance company as per their request, Winchester insurance and they are now just not coming to the party, the amount of airtime used on calls to them is unbelievable. I have been waiting a month now for payout. Only to be told dates were missing on the form which was submitted a week ago<br> Amy has been emailed today as well, but does not respond with feedback of the progress of my payout. What's the point of such an insurance where you have to beg for your own money. Please can we have some assistance with this, claim ***
