claim taking to long and no hired car supp**** .

I had an accident on 16 may 2015 ,and I submitted a claim with Winchester all the documents they required from me were submitted by 30 June 2015,when I phoned them to check when I'm getting hired car they told me they wont give to me until their investigation is complete as a result I've been inconvenient from the day of the accident until this day today and I pay for this service .Even claim it self is taking to long and it holding me back to continuing with my life whether its buying new car or repairing the one in question. the claim number WCL12993
