My appliance delivered in wrong province

I ordered a zero appliance and delivery was done within one day by Time Freight, however, it was a Gas Geyser and not my fridge. I am in the Western Cape & fridge was delivered in Mpumalanga. 11 days later and the problem is still not sorted. Zero / Winalot tells me it is Time Freight's fault and Time Freight has no idea what is going on. The customer Service Manager, Elize shouts at me instead of trying to sort my problem out. Cherry-Lee is very sweet but tells her friend next to her to pretend to be her manager while I am holding on the line and listening to everything. We run a retreat and need the fridge urgently, I was promised to have it delivered latest 3rd December now on 11 December still no fridge and nobody can tell me when it will be delivered.<br>
