Argue with customer

Gave me the wrong order number over the phone (I even made notes of the order number and how long it would take on my phone). Still gave me the wrong order after I asked them to check if it was correct. Realised it was still wrong when I got home, phoned them and all they did was argue. Made no effort to accomodate me whatsoever.
