ZERO STARS – and that’s being generous

The service here is unbelievably bad. I’ve been twice, and somehow the second visit was even worse than the first. Both times I walked out frustrated and disappointed. The staff are rude, uninterested, and clearly untrained. Making coffee seems to be a mystery science experiment, and basic customer service is completely absent. I will never return, not even if this was the last Wimpy on earth. Serious staff training is desperately needed, because right now this place is an embarrassment.
