You have to take the yoyo not the scratch card

I was at that branch yesterday just before 18H00 because the branches in Stellenbosch (i live in Stellenbosch) and Somerset West Mall was closed (even though as per the internet the Somerset West was supposed to be open till 19H00)<br> I wanted to enter the #DoubleUpSummer promo competition. Firstly the attendant did not know what i was talking about, then I was told there are no scratch cards but I can get a Engen yoyo instead. <br> I asked for the manager firstly I had to explain about the competition but I was rudely and unapologetically told that they were out of stock so I could not enter. The promo required to take a selfie with the scratch card to increase your chances. I understand that the out of stock would apply to the spot prizes but not the scratch cards. It is amazing that I spent R200 incl tip for a takeaway plus having to drive there only to be treated that way. I entered a Coke competition and won an Engen yoyo!!!!! I am also going to post this on the Coke site too. I believe they should be aware of this. <br> I seem to have an annual bad experience with your franchise.
