WORST WIMPY EXPERIENCE EVER - BLOEMFONTEIN WIMPY

Bad Service at Wimpy Engen Bloemfontein Monday 30th September 2019. Had to ask to be seated, had to call a waitress to take our order. The buns was hard when it reached the table, chips and lettuce was stale, hubby did not even finish his food due to the staleness. Ordered 4 x milkshakes that was promoted as R49.90 for 2 but waitress never informed us that the special was only valid for a Sunday only. The Manager of Wimpy Engen by the name of "MADA" only stands up for their own interest, and has no customer service in her. Started shouting at me. Finds no interest in resolving the issue and offer good service
