Worst Service Wimpy Zeerust

On the 25th June 2018,my family and I decided to go have a meal at Wimpy Zeerust,North West.Which turnef out to be one of the worst experience we have ever had.

1.No one greeted us from the door,had to find our own seats.

2. Waited for 2hours to get a waiter,that was only after we complained to the front desk that we are unattended.

3.Finally after having our long awaited meal,the waiter made a mistake and added things we never ordered on our meal,now had to wait for someone to come subtract and have me pay for the correct bill.

I would not advise anyone to go to wimpy Zeerust especially with a new born and your entire family,I must admit I have never received such poor service at any other wimpy before.and no it wasn't packed,there was visible waitresses and waiters on the floor,but we still had to receive the worst service.
