Worst service I have ever received in my life!!!!

Worst service I have ever received in my life, seems like you need to dress a certain way for you to receive good service this days!!!!

I went to Wimpy 14th Avenue shopping center on the 24th of January 2026 with my family, my wife and daughter went to the bathroom while I went to Wimpy to secure a table for us, on getting there i spoke to a lady that seemed really unfriendly, I dont even remember her name, I told her I would like to sit outside. This woman did not take me outside to show me the tables available, I walked outside while she followed behind me, i sat down and she gave me the menu, guess what I didn't see her again. My family came in and we waited for 20 minute before we decided to leave and try the Wimpy at Florida junction shopping center, the reason we still went to a Wimpy was because we understood that we can't blame Wimpy for the service we got, but we can blame the branch, I urge that you guys really train your staff, because of this action I will never step my foot at that Wimpy branch, and I would never refer people to go there. I understand that it was very busy at the branch but not coming back to your client to even ask what I would like to drink is just disrespectful. Please note that I had to walk out there with my daughter crying and screaming because she is hungry!!!!
