Worst service ever from a Wimpy restaurant.

My wife & I used Wimpy at N1 city food court yesterday. I understand they were very busy but the service we received was terrible. 1) no waiter attended to us after 15 minutes. 2) Eventually we called for one to take our order. 3) After another 10 minutes I had to ask "where are our coffees'? 4) Eventually our breakfasts' arrived 15 minutes later. 5) Then I had to ask "where is our cutlery ?" by which time the food was becoming cold! 6) Then I had to ask for the butter that is supposed to be with the breakfasts. 7) 2 other patrons that arrived after us, received their breakfasts before us. 8) Obviously they never got a tip from us.
