Worst service ever

I went to Wimpy signet terrace yesterday where i ordered a double champion and milkshake for take away...i then ordered a classic waffle for eat in. Firstly i waited for at least 30 minutes for the waffle to arrive. when it arrived, i only had 2 s****s and that was it. it was so terrible i could not stomach it. It was under done and doughy inside, no sugar at all to taste. I advised the lady that was serving me, Palesa. I advised her that as she can see i did not eat it so its up to her if she charges me for it and if she does, can she rather put it on take away, id rather my dog eat it than leave it at the store where as i have paid for it. She proceeded in charging me for the ****py waffle and putting it on a take away. How do you guys charge a customer for ****py food? This is a *******.
