Worst service

Was there with Wife today. Was given a menu upon arrival, waited for more than 20 for a waiter to come take my order. Decided not to order anymore and decided to leave.The Guy that gave me a menu was on social media chatting with a colleague. His name is Josia, I also called the manager Patricia to complain.
