Worst service at Wimpy Eastgate

I ordered Wimpy with Mr Delivery from the Eastgate branch. The cutlery we wanted didn't arrive, the flapjacks are burnt and there is no syrup, it tastes like bread and it's so think. We phoned the branch to complain and the manager asked us what we want her to do???? Really???? Why are you the manager in the first place???? So disappointed!!!!
