Worst Experience/ Bad Customer service at Wimpy Rosebank

Visited Wimpy at Rosebank and I had the worst experience. ( with a Manager that's very dismissive)

When I arrived, I was seated at a dirty table, which should have been cleaned before being offered to any customer. Despite this, I remained, hoping the service would compensate for the initial impression. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

The waiter assigned to me was rude, inattentive, and made no effort to offer basic courtesy. I was ignored for a long period, and when I finally did get their attention, I was spoken to in a disrespectful tone. What made the situation worse was watching the same waiter treat other customers in a polite and friendly manner, making the inconsistency in service feel personal and very uncomfortable.

I found the entire experience disappointing and unacceptable, especially from a brand like Wimpy, which I’ve supported over the years and usually associate with good service and a family-friendly atmosphere.
