Worst Experience at Wimpy Kranskop

Had the most awful experience ever at Wimpy Kranskop on the 29th April 2023. We were served by a lady by the name of Jacobeth who has no customer service whatsoever, We waited a whole 1h30 minutes for our order and everybody who arrived after us ate and left, when we questioned she kept saying the system hanged when she tried to capture our order, Our order finally arrived and everything was burned, Toast, Bacon and the Tea was cold. I am not going to advise anybody to dine there as this was a second time we had a bad experience at that place
