Worst disrespectful customer service !!

Wimpy has always been a family favorite for breakfast or brunches as the atmosphere was always welcoming for all ages and service was always on point. Today however I have encountered a store with the most atrocious staff service!!! Not just from 1 staff member but almost all… upon walking in to the store the person at the doors exact words “ please have a seat anywhere” no one was there to accompany us to a table or seat us. After 10 min a waiter appeared and asked if we’d like to order he didn’t introduce himself or give a name(this same waiter was almost hard to find the entire time we were there).We ordered our kiddies food our drinks and meals all together. The waiter then disappeared and returned a few min later with 1 colouring sheet even thought there where 2 children seated on opposite ends of the table from each other. I tried to get the attention of 3 different waiters and all 3 actively ignored me and shows this by looking my way and then away and either dipping their heads or moving behind a door! I then had to stand up and approach one and actively find a second page myself. Under normal circumstances ones drinks would be brought 1st then kiddes food and then the rest of the meals. However in this case after an unreasonable waiting time the adults food was brought out first then the kiddes food and then the drinks. Sadly the bad service continues as during the meal one of the waiters came up to the table reached over my food grabbed a bottle of sauce and only when I looked at her asked if I was done with the sauce! These same annoyance continued as when trying to gain another waiters attention due to not seeing our own waiter we were again greeted with sloppy unenthusiastic attitude again!! After relaying the same to our waiter and expressing our dissatisfaction no attempt was made to call the manager only or offer apologies!! If this is the type of service one can expect for a we’ll renowned restaurant I’m sad to say you’ve lost my support as a customer in future an I will glad share my experience with all I encounter!!
