Worst customer service ever

I ordered bacon, egg and toast for breakfast and the customers next to us ordered burgers and came after us, our food was brought after these customers had ate their meals already, when my food got to me it was cold I asked the waiter to come and assist he said he was coming and walked right pass me, I called the manager and spoke to him, all he said was he will check what he can do and never came back then another waiter came and said our waiter has a nose bleed but yet not one of them came back
