Worst burger from Wimpy

We stopped at Wimpy Escort on 18 April and ordered two burgers take away, the rolls were so stale and made for the worst burger I have ever had. I sent a complaint to Wimpy via their website and got an automated response saying my complaint has been heard by their customer care team and a resolution confirmation sms will be sent, last week I followed up again as I've still not had any feedback and my email has just been ignored. What frustrates me is I know this isn't the quality they usually produce but after going to the trouble of complaining I haven't even had the courtesy of an apology.
