Worse service ever

I took my neighbors kids and my two kids and my daughters friend to wimpy at Waterfall mall Rustenburg I was so shocked with the terrible service we got they cutlery wasn't even washed properly I ordered kids menu I had to ask the lady who was serving us if they didn't say it comes with toys we had to stand at the door as if we didn't pay for the food that we eat and am not even sure why did I give her the tip
