Wimpy's food floating in the water!

We ordered food at Wimpy in Cape Gate on Sat. When the food came I looked at my mom and said that it looks like hospital food. She ordered Chicken fillets. It was all dumped on the plate and floated in water. My mother had to eat the spinach with a s****. When we called the manager her response was that there was nothing wrong with it that is the way it must be. They get it frozen and unfreeze it and put it on a plate. Wow! I wish I could add a photo to this review. Not even the food in hospitals look that bad!!!!
