Wimpy...I DID NOT ENJOY EVERY MOMENT!!!!
Awful experience at Wimpy at the Newcastle mall. Food arrived was disgustingly pale grey and overcooked. Ordered medium rare steaks, and instead received fully cooked steaks, that took forever to chew. Waitress just apologized, but took no action to rectify the situation. She could not understand why we were complaining, since our steaks were "fully cooked". Chips were soggy and over-fried, with the ends burnt. Wake up Wimpy...train your staff...make every moment enjoyable..isn't that your motto???
