Wimpy x Uber Eats no show (Order was never delivered)

I placed an order at Wimpy Park City using Uber Eats today this morning and I was charged R171.03 including the tip, however, I never received my order. I received one call from this number *** and when I answered, there was silence from the person who called for about a minute or so and then I hung up the phone. The next I know, the Uber Eats app tells me that my order was delivered even though I never received it.

When I try to contact the driver (Innocent) who picked up the order, the Uber Eats app tells me that it cannot connect me because I am using a different number even though I am using the correct number and now it just goes to voicemail. I sent a message using the help option on Uber Eats and I have not received any communication from them yet.

I also tried to contact Wimpy Park Station however, their line also does not work. I then contacted the Wimpy head office and spoke to Kamogelo who said that she would contact Wimpy Park Station and then get back to me and also get them to contact me, I am still waiting for that communication from Wimpy.
