Wimpy Workshop Shopping Center

I visited Wimpy at the Workshop Shopping Center in Durban yesterday (23/08/2020. What a total waste of time and money. Our waiter who didn't introduce himself to us (Sbusiso) took forever to take our orders and unfortunately somewhere along the meal I accidentally spilt my drink... Other waiters were around and saw this but didn't come to assist me, I had to stand up and use my pocket tissue to wipe the table Sbusiso finally came with a mop but 1st had to ring a bill. I took the mop and cleaned up the mess I made, one of his colleagues tried to correct his actions but the bill was more important. Only when he was done with ringing up the bill he then asked to wipe the floor.

Please train waiters on how to handle such, they all work in the same place, yes I might not have been their customer but I'm in their place of work, there was no need to wait for my waiter in order to get help with cleaning up
