Wimpy Waverley Plaza

Dear consumers,

I would advise to reconsider buying at the Wimpy at Waverley Plaza. I am a regular client that buys there Monday’s to Fridays. Now and again the chips are off, but that is something I have stopped requesting with my orders due to the disappointment and no action about the complaint. We unfortunately am not able to sit down and have meals as it’s not smoker friendly any more and we pick up during lunch time foods.

Today was the first time I can actually say that we have received the worse service and food by far. I ordered my usual chicken mayo, this was old bread as it was stone hard even though it was lightly toasted. Then I asked for a caffe latte, this was the mega and I received a half a cup of this. I took out black pieces from my chicken mayo and ended up throwing away the rest of the chicken mayo due to disappointment. This has actually made me sick to my stomach. This complaint will also not receive any means of repairing the damage as the last time I put a complaint in about receiving really bad food, I was given a coffee as if this was justifiable.

My colleagues also requested to get the steak, cheese and mushroom meals. One with a salad and the other with chips. We had to toss the chips due to how bad and rubbery they were. And the salads sauce was so disgusting, the holder was covered in a nasty, sticky sauce on the top that was really awful, to top it off, the salad was all over the takeaway, it looked unpresentable and distasteful. And where are the hair nets that they are meant to wear? This being that the one steak had a piece of hair on it. Really shocking service from any takeaway/restaurant.

I am embarrassed to refer anyone to that wimpy further and will not go anywhere near that branch again!
