Wimpy used to be so good... over 5 years ago. What happened to them?

Wimpy use to be a great value for money restaurant to take your loved ones to. But over the years it's become expensive, especially for what you get service wise and food wise. Today myself and a friend went to Wimpy at Lifestyle in Ballito. I'm rather disappointed in the service and food, my chips tasted like onions, and the size of my burger didn't justify the price of it. For R79.50 I received a tiny slam burger, my bowl of chips were bigger than the patty itself. In my opinion that's WAY WAY WAY WAY too over priced for a wimpy burger of that size. Never mind my friend's dry chicken burger. The service wasn't that great either. We never had a waiter/waitress that served us.
