Wimpy tyger valley sucks

Myself and my husband decided to have a quick breakfast at the tyger Valley branch on Sunday. While we sat, 4 tables came in after us. Our food and service took a while, but I figured it's month end and maybe busy thus did not want to be a Karen. But after all the other tables' food arrived before ours (the waiter did not even find it strange that he serves the couple next to us first, even though they arrived long after us) we flagged down the host as we couldn't find the waiter. She sent over the manager, who offered us free ice cream, lol... after all the waiting our food arrived cold, and after telling the waiter this he just said he apologizes for that, and he left. We ate the food as we arrived hungry. But what a joke, our whole experience, apart from the hostess, was infuriating.
