Wimpy supplying take away cups in restaurant

I ordered a meal with a mega coke. They brought my cooldrink in a take away cup while this was a sit down lunch. I asked the waitress why and she said that the people break and ***** the glasses and they don't have. I saw other people drinking out of regular glasses and called the manager. <br> <br> He said those were regular size and not mega. When I poured the content of one of the glasses in my take away cup it filled it up.<br> <br> So first they expect me to use take away cups instead of glasses and don't ensure that keep their cutlery up to date. Secondly they are cheating their customers by supplying a regular size in the take away cup and make you pay for a mega.<br> <br> When I confronted the manager about that he told me the owner said that this is what he must do and that he is not going to buy new glasses.<br> <br> This is pathetic from such a big franchise group and I expected that the head office would know more about what's going on in their restaurants.
