Wimpy sucks!

We came for breakfast. The restaurant was not busy. We placed our order and waited almost half an hour for it to come. When it arrived, the food was cold! Pathetic service, cold food..... Maybe its time to stay away from Wimpy!

I am insulted by the way in which this has been dealt with!!!! Your "representative" that called from the restaurant in question did not even know when I lodged the complaint! He did not even know what the complaint was about! All he did was regurgitate an answer or response that I am sure his superior told him to dish up. He couldn't even answer any questions that I had !!! It is very clear that WIMPY are utterly disinterested in their customers. I will certainly do everything in my power to make sure that NOBODY that I know supports WIMPY. WIMPY, you have seen the last of me in your establishments!!!!
