Wimpy standards have really dropped

Went to Wimpy Queenswood. They had no manager on duty. Waitress dumped menus on the table and disappeared. Didn't introduce herself or promote specials. When we ordered we were told that they don't have milkshake because they were busy cleaning. Luckily there was a Spur around the corner.
