Wimpy Shark Rock, Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth

So yesterday I accompanied my younger brother, job hunting but because there's a family friend of ours that knows the Wimpy Shark rock, Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth manager, we were instructed to ask for the manager.

On arrival we were welcomed by James who was very nice but was busy with an order, I then asked to speak to the manager by the name of Arnold he confirmed that he is not around, proceeded by asking if he knows when he will be around and he then started asking if Ziyanda would know and she didn't give a clear answer then he directed my to Ziyanda.

Ziyanda was actually at the kitchen preparing food, I went close and she asked "uthini ntombi". I told her I was directed to her to ask if she knows when Arnold will be around her response was "that's the boss he comes and goes anytime" still no clear answer not even asking what's the reason cause I thought maybe she's the assistant.

There were 3 other people standing while I was there, 1 guy and 2 girls one of the girls was outside the kitchen standing by the kitchen counter with the guy as I was heading out the girl standing started laughing I could hear Ziyanda was making a joke out of me wanting the manager I guess.

To be honest I was so hurt how they treat people irregardless of whether customer or no customer, I for one knows how hard it is to job hunt and still get through to such people like ziyanda mocking and making jokes about people itsy really sad that we have such people, she needs to be taught about customer service and fair treatment
