Wimpy - Service delivery and quality of food

Without no response (as expected) since I sent this about two weeks ago to Wimpy on their website, I am logging this.

My fiancée and I visited your establishment over the weekend (Saturday morning 6 March). We are not from Nigel but we had an early appointment that side, so we had to travel from PRETORIA to there. After our appointment, we stopped at your Wimpy to enjoy breakfast. My fiancé ordered a Chicken Schnitzel with the caramelised corn and spinach and mushroom sauce.

Issue 1 - We waited literally 15 minutes just to get menu's and order.

Issue 2 - Our order took a very long time, and bearing in mind that the restaurant was busy at the time, by the time her Schnitzel came, the portion size was appalling and the food was COLD. The mushroom sauce was cold and looked like jelly! We called the waiter and the manager, and reported this, and the excuse was given that they have no control over the portion sizes they are supp****. And also to mention that we need to PAY R70.00 for a kiddies sized meal (which I took pictures of if you need proof). She requested a new order. Which was better and warmer at least.

So first of all, the portion sizes that you as a restaurant are supp**** are not us (as paying customers') problem. Then, decrease your price on this item if you want to serve kiddies portions for Adults.

Secondly, your establishment as a whole cannot function and provide quality service when being busy and under pressure! That's after all the restaurant industry isn't it? To be able to COPE when in busy times, and deliver! That's what customers pay for, isn't it?!

I expect your 'wonderful' and efficient manager Hanno (Which also according to his reputation is not too much of a solutions driven manager, to get someone adequate enough to solve this problem and address the necessary issues. I can name a few Wimpy's that flourish under pressure and suggest taking a leaf out of their books, acting as a Franchise that Wimpy is.
